General and editorial questions

Email admin@alisiox.com. Include the relevant page URL and use a clear subject such as “Editorial Question” or “Korea Guide Suggestion.”

Corrections

Use the subject “Correction.” Include the exact URL, the statement you believe is inaccurate, the correct information, and a primary or authoritative source when available. See our Corrections Policy.

Privacy requests

Use the subject “Privacy Request” and state the country or region whose privacy law may apply. Do not email an identity document or payment information unless we provide a secure verification process.

Copyright and rights

Use the subject “Rights Notice.” Identify the work, the ALISIOX URL, your relationship to the rights holder, and the action requested. We may ask for enough information to verify authority before changing or removing material.

Partnerships

Ticketing, tourism, media, and commerce proposals should use the subject “Partnership.” Include the legal business name, official website, markets served, commercial model, customer-support contact, refund policy, and the rights you control. Sending a proposal does not create a partnership or guarantee coverage.

We do not accept passwords, ticket barcodes, passport copies, or unsolicited large attachments through email.
